Bespoke & managed · a server that's yours alone
The chief-of-staff your business never had to hire.
Your own personal assistant — with a name you choose — keeps your tasks, calendar, email and follow-ups in hand, and it moves first, so the things that usually slip don't. You talk to it like a normal employee. Helm is the workspace it keeps in order.
Not another to-do app
A to-do list waits for you. Helm moves first — it briefs you, chases what's gone quiet, and keeps the whole thing honest.
A briefing, before you ask
Your week and your day — meetings, what's overdue, and the few emails that actually matter.
Chases what's gone quiet
It tracks your open follow-ups and quietly clears them when people reply.
Never misses a date
Heads-up before the dates that matter — renewals, deadlines, the things easy to forget.
Knows your kind of business
Cashflow & receivables, pricing & quotes, suppliers & orders, local marketing — capable out of the box.
One you just talk to
You don't message "Helm" — you message your assistant. Choosing its name is part of setting it up, and from then on it's your own personal hire: you text it the way you already text, in WhatsApp, Telegram, or your browser. It reads your email, manages your calendar, and drafts your replies.
See it in action
Everything — every task, note, contact, date and follow-up — lives in your private cockpit. The assistant does the filing, but Helm is yours to drive too: open it on your desktop or phone, tick tasks off, move things around, see the week laid out. Chat for the back-and-forth; the board for the overview.
What it can do in Helm — all fifty-three
Your assistant is a capable agent in its own right — it researches, writes, plans and works things through with you in conversation. But when it reaches into Helm — your tasks, calendar, mail, notes, the business's system of record — it works through a fixed set of fifty-three deliberate actions. This is the complete list, in plain English. These are the only doors into your data, and every one was built on purpose.

- See what's been passed around, and what came back
- Accept or decline a job passed to you
- Find a time everyone's free — times only, never their details

Notice what's not here: nothing on this list sends an email, spends money, or deletes your data. It drafts; you send. And the assistant does plenty beyond Helm — these fifty-three are simply its hands on your business record.
Beyond Helm — you can just ask
The other half of the assistant is an agent that does work on request. Give it a job in plain words; it goes away, does it, and comes back with the result — as a reply right there in chat, or as finished files saved wherever you keep things: Google Drive, OneDrive, or straight into your Helm notes.
"Those food-safety documents I've been putting off for months — can you put them together?"
The whole set, back as finished PDFs, about ten minutes later. A real client's real afternoon, given back.
"The pasteuriser writes files nobody can read — thousands of rows a day, piling up in a folder."
Each batch comes back as a labelled, colour-coded chart she scans over breakfast — audit-ready if the regulator ever asks.
"What does that rule change mean for us? And find me three suppliers who'll do small runs."
Research done, options compared, an answer you can check — not a hunch.
"Pull the quarter together for the accountant."
It goes into the cafe's Square account, pulls the quarter's takings, and the numbers are ready — the shoebox job that used to eat a Sunday.
(You were still asleep.)
The morning briefing arrives with replies already drafted, in your voice, for anything that needs answering — quotes, letters, the awkward email. You read it and say send. Nothing goes out on its own.
Private by design
Every customer runs their own dedicated, isolated instance of Helm — bespoke to your business, on a server that's yours alone. Your information stays separate, encrypted, and yours — fully managed, but never read.
Helm connects to your Google Calendar, with your permission, to show and manage your schedule, and can mirror your email read-only if you choose to connect it.
We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
